Job Description
- Lead the design and implementation of programs focused on the economic and social resilience of adolescent girls within the Women Empowerment portfolio.
- Drive interventions around life skills, skilling, entrepreneurship, socio-economic behavior change, nutrition, health, and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and implementation partners to identify and address challenges faced by adolescent girls across diverse communities.
- Build and manage partnerships with NGO‘s, government bodies, community organizations, and external experts to strengthen program impact and outreach.
- Lead community engagement initiatives aimed at building confidence, resilience, leadership, and agency among adolescent girls.
- Advocate for policy and ecosystem changes that support socio-economic readiness and empowerment of adolescent girls.
