Program Supervisor

Salary Range: $57,000.00 To $62,000.00 Annually

Position Type: Full-Time, (6 Month Contract)

Hours: 35 hours per week (include days, evenings, and weekends on a rotating basis to support 24/7 Drop-In operations)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Program Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the day-to-day functions of the 24/7 drop‑in. The Program Supervisor will provide support and coordination to a team comprised of community support workers, peer harm reduction workers and other partner service providers, ensuring the effective delivery of service from a client‑centered, trauma‑informed, harm reduction, anti‑oppressive perspective.
