Summary The Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System is recruiting for a Program Support Assistant to provide administrative, technical, and customer support for the service. The position assists with onboarding and personnel processes, manages timekeeping duties, supports procurement actions, maintains records, and ensures efficient daily workflow across the service. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: Maintains timekeeping files, documentation, and audit materials in accordance with VA policy. Initiates and prepares procurement requests, verifies supporting documentation, and tracks actions through completion. Supports contracting activities by gathering requirements, drafting supporting documentation, and maintaining procurement records. Assists with small purchases by conducting market research, comparing cost information, and preparing justifications as needed.
