Program Support Coordinator



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Personal Allowance & Individual Funds

· Maintain and reconcile individual money ledgers and Personal Allowance accounts

· Ensure documentation is accurate and meets OPWDD requirements

· Monitor receipts, balances, and cash handling practices

· Identify discrepancies and work with staff to resolve issues

· Generate quarterly financial reports for individuals and families

Benefits & Financial Coordination

· Support Social Security, Medicaid, SNAP, and other benefits

· Complete recertifications and required documentation

· Track and follow up on benefit issues or interruptions

· Maintain required records and files

Audits & Program Support

· Conduct monthly reviews of financial documentation in Day Services and Residential programs

· Support audits in Therap and Procurify systems<...
