Conduct needs assessments to support the development and enhancement of programmes and activities for seniors. Conduct outreach activities to engage seniors, community partners and stakeholders. Plan, organise and facilitate programmes, activities and outings based on the needs and interests of seniors. Coordinate with external organisations, service providers and community partners for the implementation of programmes.
