Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and execute programmes and events from preparation through on‑site delivery to post‑event follow‑up.
- Support the delivery of workshops, briefings, and community engagement sessions that contribute to broader programme objectives and milestones.
- Oversee event logistics, timelines, stakeholder communications, and vendor coordination in an organised and timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, founders, speakers, mentors, partners, and external service providers to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor progress, track deliverables, and adjust plans proactively to accommodate evolving priorities and operational needs.
- Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Event Management, or a related field, with relevant experience supporting events, programmes, community initiatives, conferences, or corporate activities.
