Job Summary
You will plan, implement, and evaluate activities for elderly clients, assist with their personal care, and maintain a safe, clean environment in the centre.
Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and evaluate activity programs tailored for elderly clients to promote engagement and well-being
- Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to support activity facilitation
- Engage elderly clients through direct assistance and interaction to enhance their participation
- Attend to clients’ personal care needs, including hygiene, positioning, transfers, and ambulation to ensure comfort and safety
- Follow the centre’s operational protocols consistently to maintain service quality and safety
