Accountabilities

• Responsible for end‑end delivery and running of Non‑Group Legal Entity project to establish and embed an oversight framework and relevant controls.


• Work closely with the Project AE, broader Barclays Corporate Secretariat to ensure the team is working collaboratively and the appropriate management information is provided and received.


• Act as a key point of contact for the Non‑Group Legal Entity project across the Group.


• Assist with designing and implementing an appropriate governance and controls framework for capturing Non‑Group Legal Entity data.


• Accurately provide Management Information updates on the projects progress to date and the composition of the Group to key stakeholders.


• Respond to information requests, conducting data analysis and providing ad hoc reports as required.
