Programme Manager (Transport Division)

We are working with a highly successful organisation based in York, North Yorkshire. They are looking to recruit a Programme Manager to work alongside the Transport Advisor to manage the Programme as it develops by: -

• Setting up, developing and overseeing working groups on a range of technical and functional subjects, as well as a Programme Board involving senior leaders. A likely structure for these groups is set out below.
• Preparing a programme plan and assisting in the development of a Heads of Terms agreement with the partner authorities.
• Developing and maintaining a detailed project programme that identifies detailed tasks, timescales for completion and important dependencies. The programme will be developed in conjunction with the working groups to be set up. This programme will be used to drive progress and report on risks associated with late delivery.
