**Programmer/Analyst 3**
**Education**:
- Bachelor or MS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
**Experience**:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise-level systems.
**Knowledge**:
- Substantial knowledge/experience working with Java 11.
- Knowledge/experience working with Python is a plus.
- Experience with Linux operating systems is required, with a familiarity with basic terminal commands.
- Substantial knowledge/experience working with relational database design and SQL coding.
- Development experience with AWS managed services, dockerized/kubernetes environments.
- Ability to design and implement complex, scalable, and high-availability systems.

- Must be able to communicate and attend meetings in English: reading, writing and speaking
- Experience in training and developing junior team members
