Program/Project Manager

The Program / Project Manager will play a critical dual role within client, combining hands‑on project management of data center HVAC projects across APAC with the establishment and leadership of a regional Program Management platform. In the initial phase, the role will be evenly split between:

• Active project management (≈50%) for awarded strategic projects, and
• Program management (≈50%), focusing on process design, standardization, transparency, and scalability.

• Strong project and program management capability with a structured, process‑driven mindset Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and functions
