Job Description Manage current programs & new projects to completion: categorically from initiation to customer fulfilment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve projects milestones and deliverables to meet or exceed customers' requirements and expectations. Responsibilities Establish and nurture strategic relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations. Provide support for day-to-day operations and shipments, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve delivery commitments and meet customers' scorecards, On Time Delivery targets, and inventory goals.
