We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our ICT department. This role will focus on project coordination, documentation management, and stakeholder engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Manage financial aspects of ICT projects, including invoice processing, purchase order creation, and cash journal entries
  • Oversee contract and purchase order lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals and terminations
  • Manage manpower resource requests, coordinate interviews, and track employee performance appraisals
  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including CVs, invoices, and progress reports
  • Handle security clearance processes for new candidates
  • Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of IT project administration experience
  • Basic accounting knowledge (AR/AP, budgeting)
