About the Role
You will support the PMO/Delivery Lead in driving a multi-year global rollout of a new finance platform. Your job is to keep the workstream organised, compliant, and running smoothly — covering financial tracking, resource coordination, governance, documentation, and project reporting. This is a critical role for ensuring the transformation programme stays on track and delivers successfully.
Key Responsibilities Update and maintain monthly financial forecast trackers Ensure data accuracy and consolidate inputs from different stakeholders Support analysis of trends, variances, and cost projections Assist with onboarding new staff and managing contractor governance Coordinate resource planning, costing estimates, and project cost tracking Escalate resourcing or cost-related issues when required Maintain governance documents, status packs, minutes, and action logs Organise meetings, scheduling, and general PMO support Ensure compliance with internal governance process...
