Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain study documents and utilize company systems to manage bioanalytical data in support of clinical/pre‑clinical studies.
  • Provide administrative support to project team members in bioanalytical operations and project management.
  • Work with the project team to ensure projects are completed in accordance with contract and client expectations.
  • Organize project team and client meetings, including scheduling, meeting materials, binders, agendas, and meeting minutes; maintain these documents for regulatory submissions.
  • Organize study information and supplies.
  • Maintain project timelines, ensure project documents are up to date and stored properly, notify laboratory team of sample shipment, and upload sample manifests so samples can be checked in and tracked.
