Job Description
IREN seeks a detail-oriented Project Billing Analyst to support vendor invoice validation in Vancouver, CA, or remotely. Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to ensure accurate processing of invoices and compliance with contract terms.
This role requires over 5 years of experience in billing or finance and emphasizes meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills. You’ll work closely with Project Cost Controllers and resolution teams, managing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy throughout the invoicing process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate resolution of underfunded contracts and POs
• Obtain necessary approvals from project managers
• Analyze contractors' burn rates to identify funding shortfalls
