Responsible for the assisting overall project planning and execution.
Job Requirements
- Co-ordinate and support in handling architectual and general construction retail works in local and overseas retail projects.
- Work closely and manage in-house workers, subcontractors and external stakeholders / contractors to ensure works is carry out and workmanship are met in accordance to statutory and client requirements
- Administer all site works, management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied with.
- Detail quality checks and co-ordinate with relevant department to ensure shipment carry out smoothly
- Generate reports and site supervision locally and overseas
- Organize, manage and maintain proper documentations
