PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER - PAPUA NEW GUINEA

The resource will be responsible for ensuring the economic and financial control of the assigned projects, supporting the Project Management Team in operational decisions aimed at optimizing time and costs, within complex project environments characterized by challenging environmental and contractual conditions.

Activities

  • Define, together with the project team, the cost plan and billing plan in line with the project schedule
  • Support the Project Management Team in operational decisions through cost analysis, structured support to claim management activities, and identification of actions to improve project margins
  • Prepare progress reports (PSR, dashboards) and variance analyses versus budget, ensuring timely and reliable information
