Position Summary
This position supports the successful delivery of projects by managing schedules, cost controls, documentation, and reporting. The role works closely with project managers, internal teams, client representatives, and other project stakeholders to help projects remain on track, within budget, and aligned with contractual and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings; prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items.
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules in collaboration with the project team.
- Prepare and manage look‑ahead schedules, identifying key upcoming activities, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track project progress against baseline schedule and proactively identify and flag potential risks or schedule impacts.
