Project Coordination Executive Job Description
- Support venture building managers by coordinating with councils, partners, CROs, scientists, and internal teams to help develop project documents such as proposals, budgets, timelines, and plans.
- Attend project meetings, track progress, collect status updates and metrics, and assist with regular governance reporting and project reviews.
- Coordinate project resources by ensuring timely onboarding of CROs, consultants, and advisors, and support project execution from start to mid‑term review and closure.
- Handle administrative tasks including managing service contracts, processing invoices and claims, maintaining project records, and ensuring accurate information is entered into the project portal.
