Job Duties
- Provide administrative and document‑control support to Project Managers and site teams
- Maintain project directories, logs, tracking tools, and electronic filing systems
- Coordinate distribution of drawings, specifications, contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, and change documentation
- Assist with procurement, purchasing, submittals, and scope agreements
- Support estimating tasks including takeoffs, budgets, and change order preparation
- Review drawings and specifications to support project execution planning
- Assist with scheduling updates, permit applications, and utilities coordination
- Support project accounting tasks: progress claims, invoicing, forecasting, and cost tracking
- Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on outstanding items
