About the Role
Reporting to the project manager, you will assist with overall project performance including costs, schedule, quality, and project status. You will support operations of the projects and maintain positive relationships with crews, sub‑contractors and clients.
Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Complete necessary documentation such as progress payment certificates and subcontractor payments.
- Adhere to construction regulations and assist with planning of work schedules.
- Support superintendents in supervising crews on site.
- Review key project milestones and resolve any urgent issues.
- Ensure strict deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
