Job Description

Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide overall administration support to the PMO and its project portfolio. This function is specific to the monitoring and evaluation of all projects and their performance. All projects will be accompanied by a Project Charter and a master implementation project plan. The planned vs actual performance must be accompanied by a portfolio of evidence (PoE) from the Project Manager/s, which then becomes the responsibility of this function to manage. The role reports to the Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring of the project progress against the original approved baseline project plan
  • Collation, analysing, recording, indexing and archiving of all PoE’s as stipulated in the plan, per project
  • Ensure safe, secure and reliably backed up storage mediums for all PoE’s
