Project Coordinator - LATAM PMO

The LATAM PMO – Project Coordinator (ARS) is responsible for coordinating and executing ARS projects across Latin America, managing the full project lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with the LATAM PMO and the Sustainability team.

End-to-end ARS project management (LATAM)

• Coordinate and execute the ARS process/project end-to-end across Latin America (not limited to Mexico), ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Build and maintain the project plan, schedule, risk/dependency log, and action tracking through closure.
• Consolidate regional information, provide status visibility, and ensure data quality/consistency for reporting and decision-making.

Regional collaboration and alignment

• Work closely with the LATAM PMO and the Sustainability team to ensure methodological alignment, compliance, and timely delivery.
