Job Description
As an EllisDon Furniture, Equipment and Design Project Coordinator, you will support the ED FED Project Managers (PMs) on existing and upcoming project works.
Responsibilities
- Support the ED FED Project Managers (PMs) on existing and upcoming project works
- Collaborate with external project team members such as the Client/Owner, Consultants, Vendors, and Trade Partners
- Coordinate FFE requirements with the consultants’ construction documents
- Facilitate regular project team, stakeholder, and user group meetings as required
- Assist with documentation administration
- Prepare and coordinate procurement documents
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source furniture and medical equipment options, develop specifications, budget pricing, and meet procurement timelines
