Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate manpower requirements with clients and internal recruitment teams
- Monitor deployment schedules and ensure timely placement of personnel
- Maintain records of employee assignments, contracts, and attendance
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client requirements
- Track project progress and manpower utilization
- Prepare reports on staffing, deployment status, and project performance
- Handle concerns related to workforce performance, attendance, and discipline
- Assist in onboarding, orientation, and training coordination
- Support payroll coordination (timesheets, billing, and invoicing)
