Project Coordinator – Security Technology We are recruiting a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and Estimators across multiple active projects. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate project information, coordinating key workflows, supporting submittals, tracking materials, updating internal systems, and assisting with closeout documentation.

Your responsibilities

Support Project Managers and Estimators with coordination, administration, and documentation across multiple active projects

Maintain organized project files, drawings, specifications, submittals, records, and tracking logs in accordance with company standards

Coordinate and track submittals, RFIs, materials, equipment, supplier order status, deliveries, and outstanding project items

Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to support timely information flow and project coordination

Attend meetings, prepare minutes, track action items...
