Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Report to the Facilities Manager and Assistant Facilities Manager.
- Provide project management services for construction, renovation, A&A, infrastructure improvement and upgrading works.
- Plan and develop a systematic means of communications amongst stakeholders to ensure every information is received and acted upon at the appropriate time.
- Liaise with all parties including authorities, external contractors engaged by the Client.
- Chair progress meeting with users, contractors, consultants and record the minutes.
- Submit progress reports with photographs evidence to document contractor's progress.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure the builts qualities are as per the technical specifications and site safety precautions are observed.
