KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- General administrative and coordination support to the project team.
- Manage and maintain project related files, records, timesheets and claims.
- Developing in-depth understanding of project scope, i.e. timelines, financials, engineering fundamental and project outcome.
- Ability to work in a power generation environment.
- Capable of working in a tight schedule.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Being point of contact for various working groups.
- Assist in purchases such as raising purchase request, sourcing, and coordinating of goods deliveries within allocated budget & deadlines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (customers, employees & subcontractors) to obtain necessary clearance & safety induction arrangements.
- Assist the project engineer with submission of safety documents & other relevant documentations.
