Job Description Summary

Responsible for the coordination of projects, including small tenant improvements, assignments, capital improvements and building or site repairs for properties; may provide project management support to Project Managers or Directors for designated projects.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate projects including tenant improvements, capital works, and site repairs
  • Review requisitions, change orders, payment applications, and invoices for accuracy and approval
  • Support site staff in identifying requirements, estimating costs, preparing schedules, and ensuring completion
  • Assist with consultant and contractor selection, contracting, and oversight for assigned projects
  • Prepare evaluations, audit reports, and issue regular status updates on project progress
