Project Planning & Coordination
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR).
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action points.
- Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
Operations & Retail Support
- Support new store openings, renovations, and promotional rollouts.
- Coordinate logistics for in-store campaigns and product launches.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external partners when needed.
- Monitor project progress and elevate risks or delays to management.
