Job Description

Our client, a Top 5 bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Project Coordinator for an initial 6‑month contract with a high possibility of extension.

This role is 2 days a week in the office in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities

  • Track and reconcile project financials monthly; investigate variances and elevate issues as needed.
  • Support PMs and Scrum Masters across Agile and Waterfall projects with scheduling and coordination.
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes and action items promptly; manage project artifacts.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and change requests; ensure timely updates and resolutions.
  • Prepare monthly financial review materials and support variance analysis with Finance teams.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and coordinate recurring project meetings.
