Job Title Project Coordinator Job Description The HPM Project Coordinator leads small to medium-sized design change projects within the HPM portfolio, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions that support product lifecycle management and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead small to medium-sized projects, driving execution from planning through delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and build across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product Management.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and status updates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a customer-centric approach throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with global teams to drive successful outcomes and business impact.
