Adecco is currently hiring a Project Director for a permanent opportunity with a leading employee‑owned construction company.
This role is ideal for a highly experienced construction leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and has a proven track record delivering large-scale ICI commercial, institutional, and multi‑residential projects.
In this position, you will oversee the full lifecycle delivery of multiple construction projects while leading and mentoring project teams, managing client relationships, and supporting business development initiatives.
You will play a key role in driving project success through strategic leadership, financial oversight, risk management, and operational excellence.
Salary: $180K-$200K base, Profit Sharing, Employee Owned, Allowance, RRSP, Full Benefits
Location: Calgary, AB (site and office travel required)
Schedule: Monday - Friday
