Project Director (Data Centre Project)

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of major Data Centre projects . The role will be responsible for full project lifecycle management, ensuring timely completion, cost control, safety compliance, and stakeholder coordination across complex civil works.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead overall planning, execution, and delivery of DC projects
• Take full P&L ownership including budget control, forecasting, and cost management
• Manage project team including Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, and support functions
• Oversee construction progress, resource allocation, and project scheduling to meet milestones
• Ensure compliance BCA regulations, and safety standards (WSH, MOM requirements)
• Act as main point of contact with client, consultants, and key stakeholders
