Project Director (Data Centre Project)

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of major Data Centre projects. The role will be responsible for full project lifecycle management, ensuring timely completion, cost control, safety compliance, and stakeholder coordination across complex civil works.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead overall planning, execution, and delivery of DC projects
• Tender responsibilities
• Take full P&L ownership including budget control, forecasting, and cost management
• Manage project team including Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, and support functions
• Oversee construction progress, resource allocation, and project scheduling to meet milestones
• Ensure compliance BCA regulations, and safety standards (WSH, MOM requirements)
• Act as main point of contact with client, consultants, and key stakeholders
