Project Director

Experience: 15+ years, including extensive UAE experience

We are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a prestigious private residential project in Dubai.

This senior leadership role requires someone with a strong track record in managing complex, high-value residential interiors and construction projects from pre-construction and design coordination through execution and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery, including programme, cost, quality and risk
• Lead coordination between clients, consultants, designers, contractors and suppliers
• Develop project plans, schedules and resource strategies
• Review drawings, specifications, material selections and technical submissions
