Job Description
The Opportunity Join a leading hyperscale data centre operator to take full ownership of a live Singapore campus and a new greenfield development. This role replaces a leader who has been promoted, with a clear line of sight to broader regional responsibility.
What You'll Lead End‑to‑end delivery
of large DC builds: design, civils/MEP, fit‑out, commissioning and handover. On‑site leadership
of a small senior client team plus Tier‑1 main contractor and key specialist trades. Programme and cost control
on fast‑track builds with complex critical systems and long‑lead equipment. Interfaces with authorities and utilities
(power, telco and relevant Singapore agencies) to secure approvals and connections on time. Alignment with operations and customers
to achieve safe start‑up, uptime targets and clean handover.
