Project Director

Overview

Grid Solutions Offshore HVDC projects require strong leadership to ensure on-time delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction from the end of tendering through handover to execution and up to receipt of the Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC). The Project Director will lead risk and opportunity management and ensure high standards in quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements. The role coordinates with the consortium partner to ensure smooth delivery of the consortium scope for the customer.

Major Responsibilities

• Manage the Execution phase for the GE scope of a large HVDC project, typically valued at 1B$+.
• Deliver on Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), On-Time Delivery (OTD), and financial objectives (sales, margin, billing, cash) for the GE scope.
• Lead governance of Project Reviews in line with the GE Grid Solutions Operating rhythm.
