Job Description
• Interpret, review, approve survey and civil design works
• Proficient in Autocard / other design software
• Excellent in reporting writing
• Must be able to estimate material & labour required to carry out work
• Ability to manage and motivate team and contributing to team’s effort by accomplishing results as needed
• Ensure construction plans meet guidelines and specifications of building codes and other regulations
• Provide technical support for appropriate field supervisors
• Develop detailed project construction schedule in cooperation with the Project Manager
• Preparing scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned projects
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations
