Project Engineer

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a driven Project Engineer with 2-3 years of commercial concrete experience to join a growing concrete subcontracting operation. This role sits at the intersection of field and office - you'll support Project Managers and Superintendents in the day-to-day execution of structural and site concrete projects, with exposure to tilt-up panel construction, CIP structural work, and commercial flatwork. This is a high-visibility role with a clear path to Project Manager for the right candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Project Managers in pre-construction activities including scope review, submittal preparation, and project setup
• Manage RFIs, submittals, material procurement logs, and project documentation from award through closeout
