Project Engineer (Electrical)

Key Responsibilities: 1. Electrical Design and Planning: Develop detailed electrical design plans for the construction project, including power distribution, lighting systems, electric-control systems, and ELV systems. Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other specialists to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into the overall building design. Conduct site surveys and coordinate with other teams to necessary data for design. 2. Project Management: Assist in creating and maintaining the project schedule for electrical works, ensuring key milestones are met and deadlinadhered to. Support the Project Manager in managing project budgets, estimating electrical materials, labor, and other resources required. To perform material take-off to prepare BQ (Bill of Quantities). Ensure that all electrical installations are carried out as per approved designs, on time, and within the allocated budget.
