Full support to all the necessary tasks and activities needed by the genset sales department projects such as:
- Preparation of individual project filling
- Application of all necessary bonds and insurances
- All necessary coordination activities with project site engineers and managers
- Processing of sub-contractor’s contract and local supplier’s purchase orders
- Coordination with sub-contractors
- Coordination with local suppliers
- Monitoring sub-contractor’s accomplishments
- Attends pre-delivery inspection
- Conducts installation works punch-listing
- Processing of billing requests to the customers
- Evaluation and processing of billing requests of the sub-contractors and suppliers
- Attends construction meetings on-site
- Coordination with P&S Department with regards to testing, commissioning, and training activities
