Job Description Summary Project Engineer (Retrofit of Energy Consuming Systems in Commercial and Industrial Buildings) and Consultancy 
Responsibilities Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of project schedules 
Design consultancy and project management for equipment retrofits 
Uphold the safety standards for projects and maintenance according to company requirements or better 
Plan and implement preventive maintenance and overhaul programmes 
Perform data analysis and evaluate equipment performance & system with respect to design intention 
Initiate energy‑saving proposals to optimise equipment operations and control strategies 
Review and recommend equipment retrofits for energy‑efficient replacements
