Job Description
Assist the Project Manager in creating and executing detailed project plans. Coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and work programs. Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary Prepare, review, and submit key project documents such as schedules, method statements, design plans, risk assessments, and monthly reports. Conduct technical reviews of project specifications to ensure they meet project requirements. Participate in regular project meetings, offering technical and non-technical solutions to challenges. Assist in reviewing and verifying progress payments and claims from contractors. Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
