Job Description

Core responsibilities
  • Check design discrepancies between Structural and architectural drawings
  • Check formwork and reinforcement
  • Follow-up on amendments on drawings and execution of variation works, such as additions and modifications
  • Co-ordinate with the Project Team, Consultants and Sub Contractors for work progress.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and coordinate site operations.
  • Communicates and maintains public relations with relevant parties like Client’s representative, local authorities, communities, and the general public.
  • Prepare or compile site progress reports.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with the authority/statutory requirements.
  • Enforce safe work practices at the workplace
Job specifications
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Building Construction (recognized by BCA)
  • Possess BCA supervisors’ safety certification
