Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project & Engineering Leader to lead and oversee all production operations for our heat exchanger manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in pressure vessel fabrication, production planning This role is critical to ensuring timely delivery, product quality, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing stages.︉︈︍︉︌︃︁︉​︂︆︄︅​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in production engineering within heat exchanger or pressure vessel manufacturing

Strong understanding of ASME, PED, and fabrication codes.

Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and cross-functional coordination.
