Responsibilities
- Prepare, coordinate, and manage project documentation including work scope, work instructions, reports, and submissions.
- Monitor the progress of fieldwork and the status of project data processing.
- Maintain and update project files for audit purposes and compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Act as a liaison between the Project and Operations departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and coordinate the tasks of Technical Supervisors and Technical Assistants.
- Review data processing outputs to ensure alignment with project requirements, specifications, and scope.
- Prepare technical information and work scope for field teams prior to commencement of work.
- Prepare and coordinate project-related invoice claims when required.
