Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations & Process Improvement Coordinator to join a high-profile organisation based in Dublin on an initial 3-month contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a highly organised professional with strong business analysis, operational improvement, and stakeholder management experience to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Hourly rate: 25p/h

3 month contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for workplace/ facilities related queries relating to enhancing the employee experience for the shared building
  • Manage day to day workplace and facilities requests
  • Coordinate suppliers and contractors to resolve workplace issues
  • Implement and maintain a workplace request tracker
  • Document key workplace processes, procedures, and supplier contacts
