Role Summary:

Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale construction projects while managing high-performing, cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery within timeline, cost, and quality benchmarks.

Note :

Not suitable for non-technical or non-execution roles.

 

Key Responsibilities :

Lead complete project lifecycle from planning, execution to final handover

Drive and manage large teams across Engineering, QA/QC, MEP, Safety, Planning, and Contractors

Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource plans

Ensure strict control on budgeting, costing, billing, and cash flow management
